Barbequeen restaurant(Namakkal) — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

My recent visit to Barbequeen Namakkal with a group of 30 people was an absolute delight for the taste buds! Despite our large party, the food taste and quality were consistently outstanding. Every dish we ordered was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. From appetizers to the main course, Barbequeen truly delivers on its promise of delicious food. While there was a noticeable delay in service, it's important to be fair and acknowledge that we were a massive group of 30, with everyone ordering individually. This kind of personalized service for such a large party is bound to take a little extra time, and the quality of the food more than made up for the wait. A special shout-out must go to Namagiri Akka, our waiter, who was simply wonderful! Her ever-smiling demeanor and patient service truly made our experience even better. She handled our large and diverse orders with grace and a constant positive attitude, which was much appreciated. Overall, Barbequeen Namakkal is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates great food. The quality and taste are truly commendable, and with a bit of understanding for larger groups, the service is equally pleasant, especially when you have dedicated staff like Namagiri Akka on hand. Can’t believe this restaurant has this kind of good rating. TBH, I went to the restaurant first time today for dinner and had a terrible experience. The order delivered after 30 mins late, that too its not even half of the dishes which was ordered got delivered. We waited for some more time and cancelled the remaining order as it was getting too late. Every-time we had to ask everyone for water, literally at one time we asked for water and no one gave a damn about it. I thought it was only us, but then I saw other tables they were also facing and complaining about the same problem. Worst part is, after getting fed up with their service, I asked for bill, so I can pay and get out of this restaurant. But they took quite a few minutes to even issue a bill. One which was consistent in this restaurant is DELAY!!!

Was it because of Diwali and because of low staff count? Seriously IDK. Whatever it is, the restaurant was full, If there is any such labour shortage, they should have closed the restaurant.

Never gonna visit this...

We were returning back to Coimbatore from namakkal... was quite skeptical about the food taste and literally we were in a mood to not to spoil our stomach after a heavy day...

We were 5members and Ordered half Mandi with chicken alfham 1 full tandoori chicken 1 chicken fried rice 1 chicken biriyani

Mandi biriyani taste was ultimate... never had such flavorful Mandi in cbe... it got such rich and unique taste... fried rice and tandoori was also too good... but Mandi was top notch... chicken biriyani was average and no comments further...

Mandi biriyani was exclusive and it just melted in mouth... must try dish..
