BUHARI HOTEL POONAMALLEE HIGH ROAD — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I have seen a worst lady lady on 13th of September 2018 on buhari vellapanchavadi , she treated me like a worker of buhari, but am not worker of buhari, am a end user of buhari, In my observation I think she is a heading the buhari vellapanchavadi branch, she had a meeting with her workers today, she was shouted the workers behind the customers like hell, am definitely telling that the buhari will lose the businesses to zero bcoz of her bad attitude, am from kendriya Vihar vellapanchavadi, I have already informed my friends, colleagues & my family persons to avoid buhari vellapanchavadi branch, bcoz of her irresponsible question & useless speaking words, so pls take a necessary action immediately or else u will lose your sale 100% surely, she used the word malik, I don't know whether she is the malik of buhari & if she is the malik of buhari, pls teach him a team work & how to handle a end user & how to handle the co....

Visited them for dinner twice in the last one year latest on 24th March at 9pm. Both the visit has left us with a bad taste in our mouth. Soup served was cold. Fish fingers was over fried but uncooked inside with a stinking smell.Definitely not fresh. No regular biryani only special mughlai biryani was available that tóo only 3 plates for a group of 10. The 3 mughlai biryani was just one regular biryani with extra basmati rice, shredded chicken lots of scrambled eggs and some chicken gravy mixed in. Kadai chicken was some leftover excess chicken curry served in a kadai. All the staff had this we care a damn attitude, take it or leave it. No apology nor regret for the stinking fish fingers. Complaints galore from the diners in the other two tables. Avoid Buharis, Poonamalli branch.

As far as I know, buhari actually has good name in market. But no more because of this branch. One of the worst experience I had with them. They hardly had only 2 people to take care of entire clients that too at peak hours( Friday, 8 pm). They couldn't manage the time to supply the ordered food. Almost 8 people went to that restaurant. In first round itself our order value would have crossed easily 1500 rs, but that person said he will charge for extra mayonese which was very bad. No hotel has charged or said like this.

Briyani they supplied in dinner time was prepared in noon time. It's not hot too. Too bad.

I suggest, pl avoid visiting that place. It's not worth paying for the food they supply.
