The owner asks for problems faced. Here goes. I first have a question. Do you train your baristas? If yes, hard to believe. Your newly appointed baristas served me lukewarm brown water for Americano. I am not sure they know measures for espressos. They couldn't manage when I asked them for an Americano with an extra shot of espresso. Baristas who worked here until last month knew better. Your menu is so limited and it has been the case for half a year now while an extension was promised in January. The place is host for uncountably many mosquitoes and hence a health hazard. Situated right next to the IIT DOMS this place would be hard to find for a newbie. Hidden by trees and shrubs in the front it can't be noticed from a moving vehicle. I believe CCD should take into account this and put up hoardings around the place. Talking about the price point, owing to subsidies they have the menu priced at a third of what's available at other CCD's in the city.
