One of the best cake shop in Chengalpat. I got some good suggestions from Rami Mam, she was very calm, friendly and replied all my queries for almost a month. I have ordered customized design for my son's 2nd birthday It was delivered as expected the design and taste of the cake was very good than we expected. I ordered a cake from this shop and provided a specific design. However, when I went to collect it, the design was completely different, and it was already late. They initially promised delivery by 4:30 PM, but by 6:00 PM, they hadn’t even shared an image of the cake. When they finally sent a picture at 6:00 PM, it was nothing like what we had requested.

Despite our disappointment, we had no choice but to accept the design they offered. The person coordinating was extremely rude and refused to take responsibility, instead blaming us for not specifying the design properly. Later, he even admitted that the original design wouldn’t have turned out well, so they changed it without informing us. If that was the case, they should have communicated this while working on the cake or at the time of order placement.

We paid ₹4,000 for the cake, but it was completely disappointing and not worth the price. They also didn’t provide a knife to cut the cake, which added to the frustration. When we asked for a refund, the staff dismissed our concern,later after arguing much. They promised a refund within a couple of days, but there was no follow-up or response.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff was irresponsible, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service. I strongly advise against ordering...
