Dindigul style briyani authentic past 5 years am tasting this hotel with the same taste till date, briyani like briyani no compromise the taste, my family like this briyani always, and my business people also always choose this place, and other items like nalli elumbu fry, nandu fry, chiken items, liver fry, onion raitha it's very special, all food items was very good taste and maintain same taste, and rabit varuval aslo weekly once they providing, service ground floor and 1st floor both area available, 1st floor with AC room service and good atmosphere with road side glass, now a days service little bit slow and we need to wait 30minits for receive the food items, mutton and chicken biryani both taste was amazing, if u briyani lover right choice to choose this hotel, and cost wise little bit higher,, and kids enjoying this place and...

Extremely Disappointed – Legacy Ruined!

I visited Dindigul Thalappakatti in Tiruppur with high expectations, eager to experience the historical biryani of Tamil Nadu. Unfortunately, all my expectations were shattered by the way they served the food.

Their menu prominently highlights Boneless Mutton Biryani, but to my surprise, it was unavailable at 8:10 PM. Left with no choice, I ordered Mutton Biryani, only to receive biryani rice with bones and almost no meat! When I raised the issue with the server, he casually brought a single piece of mutton and threw it on my table—as if I were receiving a free meal!

We visited two weeks ago and ordered one mutton biryani and some starters. The biryani was, as usual, good, but the price was a concern. However, the fish fingers had a chemical smell, and the taste was very bad. We informed the staff and returned the dish.
