Domino's Pizza | West Tambaram , Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Several similar reviews in the past for more than 3 months now. Should have thought twice before going for dine in. Seems AC faults, false delivery commitments is a routine here. Confirmed that no action has been taken.

Yet again, a pizza outlet who takes online orders, dine in and take aways and prepare it with no priority what so ever for dine in. Only good thing you’re told that you need to wait when you place the order.

So first lesson- don’t dine in - it’s not worth it. ACs won’t work, need to remind multiple times for tables to be cleaned. Tables will just be brush cleaned and not even a wet wipe. Washbasins won’t be clean either. If you catch something healtwise, you are responsible. They are not going to care.

If you still decide to dine in and start waiting -means you wait 30 mins for a dine in order...

After waiting for 40 mins you need to go and ask if the order is ready after which only the breads will be given.. they will forget to bake the pizza… come on - don’t you check what is in the order form..

You end up challenging the order process only to be rudely spoken back at that customer is shouting. So Dominos has got it all right and the customer is in the wrong. If only someone can own their mistakes, things could be simpler.

They will forget the drinks… forget the second choco lava cake... deliver the forgotten pizza cheese burst pizza through a person without dominos uniform. Is he even a staff? Atleast own your mistakes and apologise which you won’t.

It makes you wonder who runs this place…

Again you need to go and remind them every time for every forgotten item. In short they will ignore your order completely… where is the floor or duty manager or supervisor. nobody cares.

Zero accountability…

This is becoming the Dominos style these days.

Finally please don’t respond back asking me to write to guestcaredominos@jublfood.com. I’ve already done that. You can go ahead making a big mockery...

This place is located between Tambaram and mudichur connection. Car parking is not available and need to park near by street or shop. During peak hours never by car rather book online. Two wheelers can be parked in front and near by shop and street not much difficulty. People who are sensitive to cold please get your own water. Water served here is cold or ice water from blue star water dispenser. Shop cleaness is not upto mark and We don't really look into now days but I was surprised how come they keep the floor and glass door dirty. You guys have to maintain the shop cleanless all time. You are not serving free pizza to all customers to ignore it. Cost including everything from making, environment and profit. Thank god the pizza was really good and taste is same as other places. You have to ask for sause, tissue paper along with your order. Now days they don't provide with order until customer demand. New business trick to serve cost at there end. Last before you pay the bill ask for which bank credit card or Paytm or phonepe other mode have offer and choice wise to get extra offer to save your pocket money. Enjoy...

I honestly giving this review after I dine in for the very first time here.. Very very very much disappointed about the cleanliness. I added some photos abt this.. everywhere used tissues..couldn't be able to sit in a chair,all the tables are not cleaned and all the wastages were left over there and unnoticed.. water spilled were not cleaned which looked messy with footprints everywhere....

I ordered some items for dine in ,which I got after 25 mins with one item were missing.. afterthat I went and asked for the same..they have given that item after I finished my dinner fully..

Also I asked the staff to clean my table thrice before dine in ..after that only she came and cleaned..may be site is maintaining the shop with less staffs or what I dnt know.very very worst experience abt the ambience..

Garbage is full and unnoticed and washbasin r smelly...highly unhygienic for dine in. Even inside the kitchen so many papers were thrown here nd there....

Kindly take care abt the cleanliness Which shouldn't be in a deal..i personally dnt want to give give a single star for the...
