I am Urveesh, resident of Bangalore. Due to official work had to travel Hosur and ordered online and paid money for the food and after paying my order is cancelled. Once I call the customer support they confirm me by saying Order is cancelled due to technical issues.
What kind of a service you provide to the customer; Customer look at the menu online and orders and payment is made full. I call the customer support and then they inform that order is cancelled due to technical issue and when I say about my problem they hung my call and I have to call them back. Now I give my money to you people and wait for 7 working days to get my money back. In call the cases customer is doing everything and he has to bear everything and even the trauma. What are you mud head doings? Sitting at Office and hatching eggs you crazy little rats eating decomposed food. I am purposely making sure you people understand my pain and I don't want to use any bad words become you people are not worth for it.
I have been such good customer to #dominos and now that is spoiled, shame on you people and your service. I just hate you people...

I placed an order via Zomato for Domino's on 31st December 2024 at 8:50 PM. The app showed a slight delay of 38 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called Domino's, and they said the food was with the delivery boy and would be delivered in 10 minutes. However, after another 15 minutes, I was told the same thing.
When I spoke directly to the delivery boy, he mentioned that they had only just handed over the food to him, meaning it hadn't even been prepared yet. Despite this, I was still told it was on its way, but my food didn’t arrive until 10:20 PM—more than an hour after the original order. To make matters worse, the food was no longer warm.
This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The food was delayed, poorly communicated, and arrived cold. I would not recommend this Domino's location...
