Food @ finger — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten in my life .The food was bad. I first time ate a crispy grilled chicken.The chilli chicken was average.The fried rice was better compared to other items. I ordered dragon prawns instead of that they served me chilli prawns and they didn’t even inform priorly that there is such no dish called dragon prawn. The chilli prawn which was low in quantity and in taste too. At last I told them that the dragon prawns was really low in quantity ..btw it was ₹230. And they gave me another plate of dragon prawns for free after we finished eating. We told them to parcel it so they packed the chilli prawns and chilli chicken. Here was the biggest joke they mixed the chilli prawn and chilli chicken in the same cover. The chilli prawn was in tomato ketchup flavour and the chilli chicken was in a spicy kinda flavour. I asked him how can u mix both dishes which was completely different from the other. He did not even understand what i said😂... This restaurant needs to...

The one star is because i wanted to write a rewiew and cannot do so without giving a star.The place is pathetic filled with thugs instead of staff. They were rude from the moment we entered. Everyone is aware of the water problem in Tamil nadu, so when the wash basin did not have flowing water, we didn't mind. Then they gave us broken plates and when we objected, the staff there said they only had these and we had to use them or paper plates. We had already ordered by then and when we wanted to cancel our order, they had a problem with that too. A few dishes had been served so we asked them to be packed but they insisted on packing our entire order. A big ruckus was created by involving the police, the place deserves to be shut down as soon as possible. All this while the ladies and kids were hungry...

Today i ordered my food and delivery time is 9.26pm, still now not received my food, Zomato customer care answering that restaurant is not responding. In my last 6 month, i have not received order in time. this is the first time i broadcasting that food finger is very very very worst in delivering on time. Just now i received a message that the order is cancelled at 10.38pm. My kid and mother is too hungry. Please dont order in zomato. Especially dont order with food finger and hotel pandias through zomato. Zomato is a false company trying the patience of customer by not delivering food and cancelling after two hours. Zomato made senior citizen and kid wait for long time for the food and cancelling the order & putting blame on restaurant. Please dont order...
