This is the first time I had in this hotel since I have living in this area and I really wondered why I never had here before. Sometimes I just crave for early morning breakfast so I visited this hotel around 6:30 morning time, ordered pongal and vada and they served it really hot. Just enjoyed a lot having such hot and tasty breakfast early morning. It's typical old style South Indian restaurant so don't expect much from ambience but it was neat and clean. The most authentic Udipi hotel in North Chennai is absolutely "Udipi Sri Ganesh Bhavan" a veg restaurant. On the whole I personally liked their customer service then to talk about the food they provide is really scrumptious. From my childhood I'd being to the hotel over there and super good idlies, dosas, pongal, sambar idly and many other dishes are worth buying. One of my favs is sambar idly and podi dosa. They provide quality food at reasonable price. So if you visit North Chennai do have you food at "Udipi Sri Ganesh Bhavan"....
