Hot Chik — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Hot chik doesn't have respect to customers who order online especially Fakkir Mohamed who manages this...Would like to share experience of mine..We had ordered and he accepted order but refused to provide once we reach restaurant as saying all over within 5 mins.Please note that evryone is eating in the restaurant by that time..He doesn't have a basic nature of providing an update to customers eventhough it is available or not...it shows his responsibility or respect how he show to customers...Until competitors comes in this small town you can survive, post that you will be thrown out of the city..please note that each and every customer is important for your growth...if you are out , then you...

Poor service, they don't give tissue papers, even they don't give the water to drink, cashier guy is too smart keep talking on the phone, in food business customer is the king, my small request you don't want treat the customer as king, but please give us minimum respect,
