Yesterday 06th Oct. 2024. went to Gowri Krishna SAP Theatre branch, Tiruppur to get a parcel. I had ordered a plate of Idli and a Masala Dosa. After making the payment had requested the person who took my order and give me the bill to don't give me tomato chutney instead give me coconut chutney double. He told the guy the who came from the kitchen not to give tomato chutney and give coconut chutney little extra. Immediately I told him to ask them to give double coconut chutney ( as the amount they give with parcel is not at all sufficient) and not little extra.The guy at the counter ignored my request. When the person came from the kitchen to give me the parcel, I asked him have you given extra chutney, he said "yes". When I reached home and opened the parcel to have my dinner, to my dismay no extra chutney was given and no tomato chutney was there as requested. Management should look into the matter and teach these staffs how to accept a customer's request rather than ignoring them or lying to them. I ordered meals, and everything was disappointing — the sambar and rasam tasted like nothing more than hot water with a sprinkle of masala. The service was just as poor; they served food in tiny bowls, as if cutting down portions to maximize profit. Please don’t waste your money on meals here — it was a total disaster. Even the water tumbler was rusty and greasy. When I raised my concern, the staff casually told me to sit in a corner and eat, showing zero respect for customers.
I wouldn’t give even a single star for their food or service because they simply don’t deserve it. Customers pay for their meals; we are not eating for free. To make it worse, if the bill was ₹470.50, they rounded it up to ₹471, pocketing the extra 50 paise without offering any change. Imagine how much profit they make in a day by doing this to every customer. For the prices charged, at the very least, they should serve quality food and treat customers...
Read moreToday we had the worst experience which is truly miserable. We are regular customers of this hotel (nearby SAP theatre) and visited as usual. We ordered and got the starters and waited for the rest. We had been waiting for like 30 minutes but not yet received. On enquiry, we found they were busy with the bulk order and didn't even respond us about the delay. Adding fuel to the fire, the behavior of the server was frustrating. He treated us like as if we are eating for free. Is this the way to treat customers? Dont you train your employees about how to treat customers? Don't you know how important it is to satisfy customers that too in hotel industry?
