Terrible Experience – Never Again
I went to this place for a takeaway, and it was an absolute disaster. Initially, we were told they were out of veg meals and most other choices, leaving us with only veg biryani as an option. We ordered two, but I believe they realized only after billing us that they were out of biryani as well.
The staff at the counter was rude and indifferent. We waited over 20 minutes, and every time we asked about the delay, they dismissively told us to "check the bill, it’s only been 5 minutes." They never once informed us it would take so long, leaving us frustrated the entire time. All it would have taken was a little honesty—they could have just said they were out of food, and we would have gone to another restaurant.
When we finally got the food and went home, it was beyond disappointing. They had clearly just thrown extra masala into fried rice and passed it off as biryani. The rice was half-cooked, and the taste was awful.

What's worse is that when we asked about the delay politely, the staff member at the counter got angry, making us feel unwelcome. This kind of behavior is not okay, especially in a place like this.
I hope the management listens to this feedback and improves their service. Customers should feel important and respected during their visit.
