Terrible Experience – Never Again

I went to this place for a takeaway, and it was an absolute disaster. Initially, we were told they were out of veg meals and most other choices, leaving us with only veg biryani as an option. We ordered two, but I believe they realized only after billing us that they were out of biryani as well.

The staff at the counter was rude and indifferent. We waited over 20 minutes, and every time we asked about the delay, they dismissively told us to "check the bill, it’s only been 5 minutes." They never once informed us it would take so long, leaving us frustrated the entire time. All it would have taken was a little honesty—they could have just said they were out of food, and we would have gone to another restaurant.

When we finally got the food and went home, it was beyond disappointing. They had clearly just thrown extra masala into fried rice and passed it off as biryani. The rice was half-cooked, and the taste was awful.

Poor service, bad food, and a complete lack of professionalism. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend this...

My recent visit to the Ramavarmapuram Outlet of Hotel Thazhakudy Neelakandan was not good. I expected good service, but it was not up to my expectations.

Waiting for our order took a long time, even though we ordered simple items. It was strange that there were not many people even during busy times, which made the wait even more confusing.

What's worse is that when we asked about the delay politely, the staff member at the counter got angry, making us feel unwelcome. This kind of behavior is not okay, especially in a place like this.

I hope the management listens to this feedback and improves their service. Customers should feel important and respected during their visit. The rasa vada is very spicy , Sometimes the coconut chutney is also spicy When we ask for parcel , they always give less quantity of chutney ( eg for 3 dosas they give very less quantity of chutney ) When we order for meals parcel , the rice becomes like a cake when we open it , please improve the rice quality Most of the time , when we order online , gobi Manchurian dry is always burnt There is one lady staff in the front desk , she is very rude , please teach her some manners ,,,the previous staff ( one brother ) , was very kind , professional and respectful,,,
