Hotel trichy Ariyas — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Worst customer experience ever had in my life... We were about to dine in as family on 3rd April 2022 night around 10pm. We were waiting for someone to clean the table outside, it took 15 mins to remove the plates and it took another 10 mins to clean the table.... When we asked about the delay to take the order, the lady owner said - we dont server food outside. We have seen 2 family finished their dinner before us. The lady who was sitting in the cash counter and a person who was in the tea stall were very rude to us and they refused to serve us inspite of huge delay from their side... When we asked the lady about owners number, she said - she is the owner...!! If it's true, only God can save this hotel and their customers...!!! -5 Star rating... WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, RUDE...

Went in for a quick lunch on the way to madurai. The food was very ok. Had chapati and veg noodles. Chapathi was dry and the gravy we ordered mushroom gravy was full of food color ans generic masala. Nothing to write about.

All in all 300 rs for 4 people for a light lunch is not worth. The two stars is for th person...
