Hotel Varsha (Pure Veg) — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Today went to Varsha Hotel with my wife to Have dinner, but worst experience for both of us.. We ordered Just Onion Rava and Mint Partha at 9.30pm and for the same at 9.45pm we received onion Rava dosa,but we waited for Mint Paratha until 10.05 almost 30mts and later we came to know that they did not start to prepare .While asking just for replied started to prepare, I hope they went to buy Flour and mint for making Paratha thinkso🤣 ...Later we asked them to cancel and got cancelled immediately. Person who was incharge for hotel was sitting in reception and did not care and watching outside. This is how Varsha Hotel Run for 16people seated ...

Later enquired about this hotel to my friends same situation they shared with me..As per Food taste which we tasted for onion Rava is not ok for the cost they afford...

Final : If people are ready to wait atleast for a 20mts just have fun there but I don't recommend...

After dining here three times a day for a month, I have found the kitchen area to be completely unsanitary and unclean.

Initially, the restaurant's atmosphere was pleasant, but the servers' lack of attention and poor attitude have significantly declined.

I noticed that some customers were treated differently, despite ordering the same dish as others.

Additionally, there were instances of inappropriate behavior from certain individuals.

I had previously recommended this place to my friends due to the quality of the food.

It is essential for someone in charge to address these concerns.

Based on my dine in experience there i have ordered food for take away.i have ordered 3 sets of wheat parotta .At that time of order i clearly told them prepare fresh one.After 30 minutes of waiting i got the food parcel.when i opened at home i was very much disappointed. They gave yesterday or morning prepared parotas ,reheated it.It was very hard ,no able to bite and no taste at all..i want to ask the management those who r getting parcel by paying money are not humans?.do u think people r fools that people will not realise fresh vs reheated one?…please let us know case that u r getting enough customers and rush ,so we will not maintain the quality and u will not able to handle it!..Hope the management will read this feedback and insist employees not repeat this mistake to...
