The most disappointing branch of cream story

1. i enter at 11.10 am as google mentions 11 am as opening time
2. as soon as i enter and settle down with two kids security guard comes and asked to park the car else where
3. after he leaves I place the order and the counter guy says it will take time since the machine hasn’t heated yet
4. I speak on phone to store manager who is not on the branch.
5. I finally place the order at 11.25 and wait
6. now one guy from the counter sprays some extreme floor cleaner and the entire room starts smelling bad and my eyes are staring to water
7. now he mops the floor which should have been done before store opens and before starting to do any food preparation
8. some old stuff in freezer including buns which I’m not sure can be reheated and served
9. cleanliness...

It has so much hype and I loved 😍 😍 😍 this ice cream shop ambiance. The swings are the much highlight in all the outlets. There are enough chairs and seating. This place is at the main junction next to Palm restaurant . It offers a variety of desserts. There is no hand wash but well-maintained, and the staff is courteous and helpful.

There are limited discounts for less time period. from my points.

This road has a wide range of cuisines, including restaurants , kebab, milkshakes etc, beverages are refreshing. The prices are higher but the quality and quantity of food and drinks are satisfied.

Situated on the main road near Moonlight Bus stop Ramapuram this place is a cozy outlet when you are craving for ice creams and other desserts. They have many options to select from be it ice creams or drinks. The best thing is that they have swings as chairs which attracts kids a lot. The ground floor place is well lit and AC while first floor is decently lit and full with natural air. Ambience is decent but may get crowded on weekends because of the proximity to DLF and other companies here. Over all a nice place for desserts and photos. We ordered Death by chocolate and green apple mojito (₹350) I highly recommend this place if you are in Ramapuram or crossing Ramapuram via Porur - Guindy road. Easy to locate on Google maps...
