Disappointing Delivery Experience from KFC

I recently ordered from KFC for delivery, and I must say that the experience left me quite disappointed. The issues started with the delayed delivery – my order arrived almost 45 minutes after the promised time. This resulted in cold and soggy food, which was not at all appetizing.

Moreover, the order was incomplete, missing a couple of items I had specifically requested. When I contacted their customer service, the response was not satisfactory either. I had to go through a lengthy process of explaining the situation, only to be offered a minimal refund for the missing items.

It's unfortunate that a well-known brand like KFC would provide such subpar delivery service. While I have enjoyed their food in the past, this experience has certainly left a negative impression. I hope they take steps to improve their delivery processes and customer service to avoid similar disappointments...

The location is a most priority. Because it’s in ECR CONNECTION which can attract the many people. And also people around ramanathapuram also can reach this place easily. Menu wise plenty of dishes and varies combos will attract the diners. They have first floor dine -in us well which can accommodate more numbers of visitors.

It’s only a self service place. You can also order through self kiosk which is kept near to the cash point.

Staffs are helpful and informative about the product.

Ambiance is also good.

Only thing the preparation time is longer than other Kfc stores. Need to wait long to receive your orders.

I felt it’s more crowded during the weekdays also.

This is a place where you have to ask for everything you ordered, even though there was a receipt with them, people who take orders need a pair of glasses I think, they keep on missing out whatever is in the receipt. And forget about sitting peacefully and eating, you have to keep on running between your table and the food counter, because there is always something they miss out, we ordered for certain sauces but got "mayonnaise" instead. They didn't even mention it while handing the food to us, then again I have to run once again for the sauce. At least teach them how to read the receipt and fill the food in the tray without missing. 👎👎 And they even turned...
