KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I went to KFC for the first time and i am thinking now. Why I went to kfc. Don't even think about going to this kfc near bharat college east tambaram agaram branch. Waiters not even hearing what you are ordering. I asked for chicken strips boneless for dine in. But he is giving chicken wings with bone and he is packing for takeaways in a big bag. What I asked and what he is giving to me. The waiters not able to understand our english itself. The food is also very below average. I literally hated the chicken after eating their wings. It was not cooked properly half of the chicken was like rubber. The outer skin was not properly removed. They have just taken the chicken and have applied the upper cornflakes stuffing and maida flours and have dipped in oil and have taken before it fully cooked. After eating one piece I was felt that I have aten a full hen chicken. It was so horribly cooked. Please customers don't go and buy in this branch. Complain to food department officers and make them to close the branch. If it continues surely more people will admit on hospital for...

I usually buy from or dine at selaiyur camp road shop. This is the first time we tried with this branch. We didn't have a good experience this time, I will try a few more times and give more reviews about this place.

My concerns are, we ordered crispy chicken buckets, the chicken was very oily and in most of the pieces the top layer was missing. Initially I thought it could be because of the transportation, it might be affected, but I was not able to find those missing piece of top layer coating inside the bucket. Either ther should be big piece or smaller pieces, but nothing was in the bucket, so they placed a piece without top layer of coating in one corner.

Also there were no ketchup or tissues kept with my take away package. I want to inform the branch on my next visit.

This place was very crowded and I don't see anyone cleaning the tables immediately. So mostly people sits immediately after someone gets up and I didn't see someone cleaning it...

There’s no specific/ separate person for billing, the one in the kitchen will be roaming in and out for preparing food and printing bill. Some staffs are quite rude with their behaviour. The managers are being there for namesake. The self service billing machine worked once in a blue moon. (They don’t turn that off or throw any notice board stating it ain’t work, rather they wait till we enquire whether the machine works and they’ll come with a reply to bill in the counter instead) Speaking on waiting time, if you leave to have a snack in the evening, they’ll make sure you finish your dinner such a great responsiveness they’ll hold on you. Minimalistic outlet and can accommodate around 15-20 people at a time. If you prefer cleanliness or better ambience, it’s better to stay out.
