Edited Review- Previously I have given 4 stars but now I am changing it to 1, I was served raw tandoori chicken today, I am a regular customer at this place, and the staff knows me well, after I made them notice chicken is raw the waiter insisted that he will bake it and get it back, but as you know multiple people have died in Kerla after eating raw chicken in Shawarma i decided not to take any chance, I didn't eat the food and I paid the full bill, after paying the bill I decided to give some feedback to the owner so they don't repeat it, since I go there a lot and ik it was a honest mistake, but the lady ( owner) insisted it was not raw and I am lying and further explained that it can never be raw, so guys ik while its a good place please have your health as a priority and don't...

The manager was so rude!! We thought that this was the subsidiary of the real paradise restaurant and came here but it wasn’t. Then we went inside and ordered for Rs. 700 and sat in a chair. And with in seconds the manager came and asked me to wait outside since it was a takeout order and i refused to go and moved to another table and again after 2 mins he came and asked us to move outside since there were no seat for others to sit. My concern is how can they ask us to wait outside . We came from a long distance and even paid money but were asked to leave the hostel since they had new customers who came late after us . It should be first come first serve . If they have these kind of low life character i don’t know how they will retain customers. Stupid...

I have been a loyal customer of The Paradise Restaurant for years, enjoying their consistently good food. However, my recent visit left me very disappointed due to the unacceptable behavior of the staff.

During my last visit, the staff member taking orders for parcels was behaving inappropriately. He made lewd comments about girls’ clothing to his friends and displayed unprofessional facial reactions. This kind of conduct is not only disrespectful but also completely out of line for a dining establishment.

It’s disheartening to see such a decline in service and staff professionalism at a place I have always appreciated. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure a more respectful environment for...
