KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We often order food in your restraunt but yesterday was a embarassment for us in your restraunt. Yesterday about 10:40 pm we visited your shop two of your employee insulted us he told he won't cook since the would close the shop and it would take about 30 mins to cook and only veg was available and the time was 10:40 pm we told we would wait but he told he won't take the oder and we told we would make a complaint and he told you can do whatever you want .we were a walk in customer and he refused service he told we have only veg and we ordered it and it took several mins.you have a 7 mins express delivery and it exceeded the time he didn't provide the complimentary food also.after this i ordered via Zomato chicken zinger burger they accepted the order and delivered it. Everytime we visit the KFC Restraunt in Tuticorin, the air conditioner system is faulty. We happened to drop by for dinner today. There was a huge crowd there and it was suffocating as the ac was switched off. When we enquired with the manager, he said that the ac is not working from this morning only and we know that it is not true as we have never seen them switch it on. This had really put us off our mood. Tuticorin is a pretty hot place and it was like sitting in an oven today. The management here is very irresponsible. We happen to be regulars here and they have not served us what we actually ordered even once. We have been to several KFC outlets around Tamil Nadu and we have never come across a KFC without ac.

check number 25642. I have ordered 2 piece hot wings of 2 numbers. Once we received the wings it is very small which doesnt looms like a chicken but like a chick. Extremely dissatisfied with that. Also they asked for the mobile number for the order but i havent received message as well for the corresponding order. After checking with the employee they infor.ed the manager and they said that one of the package which they received has a small cut which got served to us wrongly. I informed that while serving none of the employee are worried to check the size and quality of the wings. Totally disappointed with the Tuticorin KFC branch.
