Oh my goodness, let me tell you about this amazing food experience I had! I went to this place, and even though it was a bit expensive, it was totally worth it. The star of the show was the chicken zinger burger; it was absolutely divine! Picture this: the burger filled with tandoori sauce, and every bite was like a burst of flavors in my mouth. The chicken popcorn, fries, Pepsi, chicken strips, and fried chicken were all incredibly delicious too.
There was just one tiny downside🤔 – the blue juice we ordered wasn't that great and didn't quite complement the meal. But hey, no worries, because everything else made up for it!👌😌
However, I must admit there was one little inconvenience. The table next to us had not been cleaned properly after the previous customers left. It was covered in chicken pieces and took quite some time for the staff to clean it up. It was a bit distracting, but luckily, it didn't ruin the overall experience.
Despite that small hiccup, I'm still giving this place a solid 3-star✨ rating for its fantastic food and ambiance. Read moreNo standards of service. Ordered 5 leg pieces and 2 dips but gave only leg pieces and told they ran out of dips but charged for entire order. While handing over the order, the person checked everything in the bill as if entire order is delivered saying " 5 leg pieces, 2 dips, 2 drinks and mayonnaise sauce 😂😂😂" but mayonnaise sauce and dips are not given. Atleast acknowledge it while handing over the order folks. This is unprofessional service by the employees working in that place. Not sure if management is aware of this or not. Also in the bill I saw mayonnaise sauce which is charged seperately but only Tomato sauce is given in small sachets. Cola is not available instead they give Pepsi. I have made Two orders both are tasty 😋 but they force'us to buy Pepsi making us feel inferior if we don't buy drinks ..like asking us " don't you want drinks" in a certain tone.. as if we are cheap. but I already bought drinks on the 1st order itself which they didn't even remember that I bought 20 minutes earlier. Read morePosted May 20: I had placed an order in KFC using the Swiggy app. I had ordered a classic zinger meal, which includes a classic zinger burger, medium fries and chilled Pepsi black. I had received the burger and the fries but not the black pepsi can in a horribly damaged packaging! I have faced the exact same problem earlier when I would order a combo meal which would include a beverage, but I never receive the same! Even after bringing up this issue to swiggy and KFC, both blame each other and advise to contact the other! Sick and tired of this poor customer service! Horrible service from KFC & SWIGGY! DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND EITHER OF THESE APPS!
