The most SUSPICIOUS KFC I had visited in my life. It doesn't show on KFC app and don't give delivery to any of the nearby places. On entry there is spacious car parking and I appreciate it being provided for a KFC outlet on a highway. This KFC also has Ramp access for physically challenged people and it has air curtain door. They have 2 self checkin kiosk. I had visited this outlet twice. At first, I took the food to 1st floor but they were no lights & AC, on enquiry they said 1st floor is closed for dining due to less customers. They could had informed us when we took the order plates to stairs. but both those lady servers could have informed, but decided to be quiet. No courtesy. BTW, The ground floor tables were full at that time. On 2nd visit, we bought 2 combos, both had dips, drinks & chicken. This time 2 male servers were checking and ticked my bill and said order is ready. I checked and 2 dips were missing. On asking they gave and when went to dine, 2 chicken strips and 1 hot and crispy was not there. While making the food, no one wore their masks properly. The masks was below their mouth. They didn't even bother to check our temperatures and did not offer any means of sanitation. They also allowed people to enter the restaurant without their masks.The place was really hot as the air conditioner was not turned on. We decided to order a combo meal but they did not give what we asked so we had to order separately. So we ordered 2 non veg zingers, it was just filled with a lot of mayonnaise and lettuce. The cheese wasn't even melted, everything was cold except the patty. We also ordered 2 7up krush lime and we were given something which was completely opposite. It was basically a glass filled with a lot spice and tasted like jaljeera. So I told the cashier that this was not what we ordered and he said and I quote, "this is how 7up krush lime is made". He kept saying that over and over when the drink didn't even have a bit of lime or even looked like that is the pictures.
