Kings Bakes & Grill - Karaikudi — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Today with family and friends we visit KINGS BAKES was incredibly disappointing on multiple levels. The Chinese food I ordered lacked the authentic flavors I was hoping for, and it was evident that the sauces were simply provided in cheap sachet packets. The chicken dish I had was tasteless and had an unpleasant old stock flavor, which was quite off-putting.

Adding to the disappointment, the air conditioning in the restaurant was not working, making the dining experience uncomfortable and stifling. However, what truly aggravated the situation was the abysmal customer service. The staff seemed completely indifferent and unhelpful, failing to address any of my concerns or provide satisfactory assistance. Additionally, it was frustrating to discover that the staff couldn't understand or communicate in our local languages, further complicating the dining experience.

Overall, my experience at KINGS BAKES was nothing short of a letdown. From the absence of flavors and cheap sauce packets to the tasteless chicken, non-functional air conditioning, and poor customer service, it was a series of disappointments. I sincerely hope that KINGS BAKES takes these criticisms seriously and works towards improving their food quality, service, and staff communication to provide a better dining experience for...

Not at all worth for even a single star ! Seriously avoid this shop . This is my third experience ( thought mistakes do happen in eateries - so went again) and in all these times got worst stuffs . This time just throwing all the edibles that i bought away ,

Reason :

1. Not at all worth for money - Majority of the stuffs sold here are old right from the cutlets to buns , rolls , cakes etc and you can easily find it after the first bite .

2. Unhealthy - eating such stale - old items may cause serious health issues like food poisoning , lack of sleep due to indigestion problems

3-) just buy a same thing like bread / cutlets from a shop like gourmet and just compare it . You will easily find out which is fresh and good . Verdict : shop is just a fancy show off . Not at all worth for rating , friends got severe indigestion problem after eating the items sold here ( so this time just throwing the stuffs that i bought after the first bite - same taste which was there last time clearly indicates items are stale - not fresh & good - cutlets are not even hot) . avoid this one and save your health.

When they are not genuine in providing quality stuffs for the amount they are charging , there is no moral behind running...

Update: Second visit to the restaurant was not at all as expected..ordered, Veg fried rice: the worst i have tasted ever.. had a weird burnt taste.. its burnt and the soy sauce s too much.. we even asked the bearer and he told thats how it tastes usually.. you will get a good one in restaurants like malli or jainika nearby at almost half the price.. Veg clear soup : not sure if they know whats clear soup, its a cornflour water with veggies Leafu paneer: Tasted good. Its a green color manchurian kinda dish. If you dont like corn flour sticky consistency, stay away Lacha paratha : good Gobi gravy : average 735 bill. Felt like bit pricy.. The bakery is very average.. we have visited at least 4-5 times.. but not upto the mark.. quality n taste is low.. but the restaurant is good .. u can get the fine dining experience in karaikudi and a good food like we get in cities..we went today on mattu pongal n had to wait for an hr to get the food n orders messed up.. they served chicken soup for mushroom which we also tasted 😟 my another concern is veg options are low.. mainly focused on non veg .. may b the...
