Absolutely Disgraceful Experience – Never Coming Back!
We are beyond furious and deeply hurt by the treatment we received today. As regular customers, we expected at least a basic level of respect—but what we got was utter neglect and blatant disrespect. We waited for over an hour—ONE FULL HOUR—and not a single dish was served to us. We were starving, yet completely ignored.
What makes it worse? A table that arrived after us got their food in just 10 minutes while we were left sitting there like we were invisible. This wasn't just bad service—it felt like discrimination. We were clearly underestimated and disrespected because we are young. That is unacceptable.
We eventually had to walk out, hungry and humiliated. No apologies. No explanations. Just ignored. This was not just a failure of service—it was a failure of basic human decency. For any business service is more important than a product ( it applies for your business too)
Have a dedicated person at front to address the customer (waited nearly 10mins looking for someone to address us)
Be pleasant and humble while taking order and moreover listen to customer needs (not like taking one order and running inside the room and coming back after 10 minutes)
When you serve the food to customers, make sure you place the plates slowly (not placing the plates hard and turning back)
And finally when a customer is complaining, listen to them and learn to apologise for the mistake...
