A Culinary Disaster You Should Skip

Visited this Mad grill "restaurant" with family, and honestly, I’m still trying to recover from the experience and seriously gone 'Mad'.

Food? A masterpiece of disappointment:

Ordered Mexican Chicken and Peri Peri Chicken Shawarma — but guess what? Both tasted the SAME — equally terrible. I wouldn’t be surprised if they just kept different names on the same mess. And the soup? — just hot water with salt and pepper.

Service? A joke:

Took the order ages ago. Served sandwich first, soup later, and starters at the end. They should rename them “Enders” instead of Starters.

Pricing? High price, low standards:

Charging like it’s a fine-dining restaurant, but giving food and service that wouldn’t even qualify for a roadside stall. — a perfect recipe for regret.

Ambience? More like a mosquito farm:

If you're someone who enjoys getting bitten while waiting for food, this place is your paradise. We came for dinner, not a blood donation camp.

Final verdict: Save yourself. Don’t walk in — RUN in the opposite direction. There are far better places where your money, tastebuds, and time will...

Worst experience I ever had. Ambience alone doesn't make a good restaurant. Service is the key factor which makes the customer to visit again. I went there by 8.30 pm and ordered cheese balls and garlic bread for starters, they said it is not available. And there isn't any single items available from continental section in their menu. I went there only for continental. But somehow decided to order butter roti and paneer tikka masala. After 30 mins gone they came and said paneer tikka masala is not available so instead they have mixed veg curry, even i said ok for it. But food has not arrived till 9.30 pm ie complete 1 hr and the people came after us are finished eating and started leaving. After i asked them multiple times food has come and we got plain roti instead of butter roti that too cold. And in the mixed veg curry mushrooms are undercooked and capsicums are overcooked.
