We had a very bad experience.

We ordered Chicken biriyani, pepper chicken and mutton chukka.

Chicken biriyani: Not good. It was salty.

Pepper chicken: Taske was just 'Okay'

Mutton chukka: Mutton was not cooked properly. We couldn't eat that. It was like rubber. Literally we just kept as it was, not eat even a single piece. We informed the hotel supervisor. He said that one more person on another table also ordered the same and didn't say any complaints. Later we saw that the same person who had been mentioned by the supervisor was sitting at the cash counter. So supervisor mentioned the person who is also associated with this restaurant and said he didn't raised any complaints. How cheap behaviour is this

They cheated us by providing very bad food and made us foolish.

Very worst experience I have in this Hotel. No proper maintenance and No proper Hygiene food. I go to lunch in this hotel, and I got insects in the Biriyani which I ordered. The hotel looks worst than the roadside shops. The houseflies are fluying all over the hotel and also in the food. They are not covered any food with proper hygiene. This happens,second time in this hotel. Very worst hygiene and no proper food making and servicing as well. Please be careful while order food in this hotel or should think 100% before dine in into this Hotel. If you look for money, you are going to lose your health. Please...

I recently ordered chicken biryani through Swiggy, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.Its not a first time. The portion of chicken provided was incredibly scant, resembling more of a kuska dish than a true chicken biryani. This left me feeling unsatisfied and as though I had wasted my money.

Additionally, the biryani was not served hot, which further detracted from the overall taste and enjoyment of the meal. As a regular customer, I expected better quality and attention to detail.
