This hotel is not owned by Isha and is owned by a Private person though on Isha land. I have been having food from here and inside canteen past few years, earlier their quality was very bad now it is ok. Cost of food with quality of food is very poor. On one occation we specifically told not to add Ajjinomotto in fried rice and we ordered Mushroom fried rice. This mushoom was rotton and next day my guest small daughter and mother had vomited along with stomach upset. They also added Ajjinomotto in fried rice. We had to tell the owner what happened and there was loads of apology. Next in few weeks they changed the entire hotel setup to what we see now. Biggest + point is good iddlies with 2/3 chutneys and samabr for 20rs. This is something excellent or beyond excellent that a hotel can offer. However still the quality of food has not improved and they almost charge like Annapoorna or Anandas apart from Iddlies. There is no waiter to take order and its a self service which means the cost for them is even less, which they can give quality of food. Hope it happens one day. They maintain hotel clean and have a decent ambiance. Only point is they have to either give good quality food worth the cost or reduce the cost. Om...

Before placing my order I asked the owner if the roti they serve is made of wheat or maida. With proud he said 'Wheat'. I believed him & ordered roti & paneer gravy. The roti as you see in the pic was served. It wasn't even cooked well. I took the plate to the owner & asked why are you serving maida in the name of wheat. He got angry on me & started screaming at me in the restaurant. In his defence he's telling me angrily is maida not food or edible. I told him you don't have to scream at me. You are the one who lied to me & now when I'm confronting, you have no right to shout at me. I asked you clearly before placing the order. There was no need to lie just to sell...
Read moreTo order and eat in this restaurant, you can select dishes from the menu on the screen and pay using UPI. Alternatively, if you prefer to pay with cash, you can simply walk in, find an empty table, and order from the dishes available at that time. After ordering, you wait for your food to be prepared and then enjoy your meal.
We selected dishes from the menu on the screen and placed the order using the UPI payment method. This generated a token which we presented to the food preparation vendors. Once our food was prepared, they announced the token number, and we collected the dishes ourselves (self-service). I had a paneer dosa; the chutneys were good, but the dosa was not at all soft and lacked sufficient stuffing. It was very crunchy, and I had...
