Navarasaa Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We visited on 14.10.2018 for the third time inspite of their repeated lack of service,as we have very few options left in Sivakasi.today we have decided we are not going to visit them no matter we even stay hungry.The bill amount was Rs.1970 and we paid it.There was as issue over the quatity of food item ordered.having paid so much...the ground staff who generated the bill was rude and hurt our ego badly saying "atleast" u pay for the water bottles.we complained to the manager and wanted him to run the cctv record immediately as we wanted to prove them we did not eat anything for free and have paid for what we ordered.the manager put us to GM mr.palani who said the cctv control was with MD and he will call back us by 8pm after checking it.even as courtesy he did not call back..now we realise when serior management team is like this what to expect from a junior server and billing staff..pathetic service..sheer...

Sparkle inn Hotel should focus on its frozen food items. We Ordered Fish fry for lunch, fish was like rubber and smelled like dried fish.. started to get vomit sensation and completely disappointed.
