Oppili Bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We stopped here for a quick breakfast.

Location - 5/5 especially if you are in between the temple runs. Parking - 5/5. Food taste - 3/5. Low score due to coffee. Service - 4/5. Food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering.

Idli was over when we went. Dosa was good. Horlicks was decent (I told them to bring it piping hot).

Coffee was horrible - they just poured decoction in semi boiled and/or semi curdled milk and gave - could not consume it and wasted it. We gave them feedback while leaving, but they did not bother to fix the issue/refund us for that item.

They accept only cash - which could be a disaster if you are a digital payment person. The cashier did not have any reply when I asked why discriminate the restaurant guests, while the hotel guests are paying for their stay by QR code. Are they evading tax by collecting cash...

We happened to step-in for breakfast during our navagraha temple visit. The restaurant looks average; however, the quality and taste of food served was excellent. So i would suggest to try atleast once to experience it. They have a good open parking which can accomodate around 12-15 cars. Their restaurant was Oppili Bhavan.
