Somewhere the traditional way of preparing the famous delicacies of Tamilnadu like Adai Avial, Kuzhi Paniyaaram, Idiyappam and even Vada's are lost because Sri Srinivasa Bhavan ( Papermill Road) is inclined towards just making money..The availability of cheap North Indian labour adds to the woes because the management let's the North Indians prepare these delicacies thus ruining the taste, presentation and the Quality...A South Indian restaurant must NEVER attempt to bring into its food any other cuisine..This will be an instant failure! Chaats, Chola puri ( Chole Bature), sandwiches are NOT South Indian food...! Everything else on Earth can change but I am sure those reading this post will agree that, the traditional food preparation must continue as from time immemorial! I had veg biryani yesterday which tasted as it was refrigerated and reheated . To avoid the smell they added dalda mixed with ghee. The vegetables used in the birayani was not fresh and crunchy. Due to that i got indigestion, vomiting, dehydration and finally went to hospital and had trips for half a day. For having veg biryani Rs.169 at this restaurant i had to pay Rs.3500 for hospital. We trust big resturant and go there but they see just profit and don't care about the quality. God is there Karma is there your are playing with the health of people surely your chain of resturant...
Read moreWe came today for buying some parcel, no one in the parcel billing counter, waited for 10 mints no one response, my wife asked the cashier lady for billing person, she said will in form, after 10 mints again ask to that lady for no one come, for that she said I it's not by job and one coming I don't know. This kind of conversation ends with argument with my wife. Here vere poor customer service, I request the management don't open so many branches, first train the staff for hospitality and cx service then proceed further.
