It was my first visit to this place, it was jam packed. Service persons were not sufficient for the number of tables occupied. I think there were 15+ tables ( some were 4 pax some were 6 & 8 pax ), if I'm not wrong & there were only 4 of them to attend all the filled tables. We spent 1.5 - 2 hrs in that 20 mins waited to get a table, ten mins for clearing the table, 7 mins to clean the table, 10 mins later came to take order, it took 10 mins more to supply the order, waited 15 more mins for complementary dish and ordered food to be served, spent 30 - 40 mins to have 2 beers, bill came in 3 mins table was vacated in 2mins. The restroom was not hygiene. The service people were a little bit rude with the customers. Especially a guy who would be around 50+, his hair cut was short like a police person, was...

This is the only private bar located in that nearby locality. Only members are allowed here. i.e., Person who comes for first time should hold valid govt ID card to become a member. That's it. Beer costs 300 rupees for a bottle. Now let's come to the point, the server who will always stand by Ur side and watch u like as if u will fly away. And they are indirectly forcing u to finish Ur drink quickly by emptying the beer bottle by refilling in the mug without Ur permission. The person who comes to drink knows to pour the drink in the mug. So it's a place u cannot relax urself peacefully, instead u will feel like as if someone keeps on disturbing you and stand by Ur side in the name of service which is very annoying. Phoenix Bar and Restaurant offers fantastic value for money! The service is top-notch, and the complimentary snacks are truly impressive – a delicious spread of chips, egg, vadai, cucumber, and more appears without even asking. The "buy 3 get 1 free" deal on large drinks is a huge plus for groups. Food is available, and I hear the chilly beef is a highlight. The atmosphere could use some tweaking (blue LEDs and TVs), but overall it's a cool environment. They have a separate smoking room (needs improvement) and close at 11 PM.
