Made the mistake again by Visited this hotel on lunch time that too 3 weeks before... I am the first customer to order for parcel. When I entered I see no one was there. So I thought I'll get items quickly .. I placed order like fried rice, Gopi Manchurian... I know it will take time to prepare, since I ordered mostly Chinese dishes upto 5 items. So i waited patiently for 30-40 mins. But the hotel tested my patience and reached the peak... Took almost close too 1 hour and 15-25 mins that too for first order..

in between some customers came.. If the customer is for table order that too for meals, they will serve quickly... If there is any other order, other than meals that's it... Your hungry for food will be gone. I see few customers waited for table order for more than 10-15 mins.

I'm ready to wait, but they forget the order itself, I have remind them for order, every 10 mins. Once they delivered the order, I checked the items, 1 of the items are missing, I guess they wrongly gave my items to someone.. so again i checked and informed, they again prepare the dish and gave that to me.

Ok. Did the food items tasted/worth to wait for this long time. the answer is BIG NO. one of the item smelled bad, and we had to throw away completely. Also the food items are costly as well. You can get a decent food in other hotels for that money. Seriously not worth it.

Since there is no choice, i gone to this hotel for a decent food.

I ll never visit the hotel again. Frustated to the core. a Small hotel can manage their customers very well and note the order in a small paper and deliver it without any items missing. This hotel lacks in the BASIC MANNER itself. That too for the first customer means !!!

Visited on opening day:- Taste wise good... But you should have lot of patience to wait.. every order takes atleast 10-15 mins .. once you lost patience you might have to cancel the order.. hope they...

Service could be better. Food is average. I have dined in two times at this restaurant; one was at night for dinner and the other for breakfast once. I felt the food to be average at best; the sambar is below par while chutneys are good. The ambience and cleanliness is good. When I went for dinner, enough waiters were present but still there was a delay. For breakfast, there was a single waiter handling too many orders and people were not pleased in any way. The taste of food items and the service require major improvements. Cost wise, it is not as expensive as similar vegetarian restaurants.

Worst hotel ever Went to buy veg meals from this hotel That receptionist girl keep on talking by phone and that girl is not respnded properly I keep on asking what are all other dishes available here. I called her from nearby but she acted like not heared my voice And i asked about menu card to another one person but he refused to give Be transparent first.It is an uncomfortable experience to order foods without knowing the rates and finally seeing that in the bill. Your rates can be whatever but people should have an idea how much the items are when ordering. Totally utter waste hotel. Better u keep a name “dubakoor hotel” Workers in this hotel...
