ROYAL BIRYANI — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I've had a worst ever experience visiting this restaurant. I've ordered egg koththu parota and waited for 40+ mins to receive my order. A guy at bill desk never responded me properly, and packed my parcel items with items missing. When i pointed out that the kurma was missing, he claimed that it was already present in the parcel. But it indeed not. So, he gave me a little bit kurma, for 2 koththu parrotto and 2 plain parrotta, which is not at all suffice. When i asked him more, he pretend to not respond me. I left the place immediately. (I am pretty sure, i am never gonna visit this restaurant ever in future) Especially, the food was so terrible. I never had such a worst koththu parotta ever before. We ordered tandoori and other items, tondoori was burnt too much and we felt bitterness and can't able to eat it, its ok it happens sometime But Im giving low rating only because of the customer response. They even tasted it but didn't admit that it was burnt too much. They also said that no one is having problem with the food.
