Shri Kanche Bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We visited your restaurant around 9 PM on last week and had to wait for some time before a waiter approached us to take our order. We ordered a couple of items — one of them was served promptly, but we had to wait another 10–15 minutes for the second dish.

During this time, we checked with the waiter multiple times and were informed that the food was still being prepared. After waiting 15 more minutes, we were told that it would take longer as the Chinese master was not available.

It’s not a proper way to handle customer service, to avoid such a delay. kindly improve the service staff and kitchen team, and ensure that chefs are available or customers are informed in advance to avoid such...

Vegetarian restaurant. Not Air Conditioner. The atmosphere & food taste is okay. I have gone for lunch but I have gone beyond the lunch time. Thank god they had meals at that time and i ordered Special Meals. Sorry to say nothing is special in it. Chappati with very average kuruma and got a small cup of ice cream which is specialized. Actually the taste is okay and was edible too but I was totally shocked after getting the check. 210rs for a meal in a non AC restaurant that too in the outskirts isn't fair. I had lunches in 60rs as well as for 1750rs - But in general what the consumer will check is whether the food is worth for the cost or not. Here it isn't....

Friendly staff and maintenance but Poor food quality and terrible sidedishes.. only morning tiffen was good. Not recommended for lunch or dinner. Chapati parota are good but The kurma or Chutney served is very poor quality, road side kurma or chutney will be far good.
