Management should teach the server and especially to the cashier that the price of grill chicken is inclusive of fresh and should be hot. Every time they are given the half grill chicken without hot. it's the fourth time in the last 30 days.

Will they accept it if I pay less.?

The irresponsible answer will tempt the customer to approach the law.

The SS Hydrabad biriyani faced the case filed by the customer. paid a penalty recently for serving the chicken without hot also the irresponsible answer and behaviour of the staff members.

One of the worst experience I hd today Went to sivakannan restaurant in Chinniyampalayam(Note : I am their subscriber) the server doesn't give me anytime to settle before i gonna seat he just say only briyani is available... He doesn't have any idea what I want ..And i asked for any indian breads available Sivakannan pls teach your workers what is mean by indian breads and tel them to how to behave with customers.. they just making fun .. when I ask for indian breads. worst experience and i left without having a food... Sadd......

Sad to be a Subscribers had a unpleasant...

Biriyani taste was good. But they have only chicken biriyani, if u asked for mutton they'll give with mutton gravy and kushka. Things Need to improve - Cleanliness Clean Water ( for shake they put lemon in water without cutting the lemon ☹️) Please seperate your kitchen and dinning area (While cooking smoke and full heat, can't able to seat) By the way they aren't providing AC dinning if less crowd is there.
