Sri Amma Mess — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I rate 1 star as i don't have zero or minus stars.. today we went with family and ordered chola poori, mushroom fried rice, dosa and nan butter masala. They delivered shezwan fried rice and arguing with us as that was mushroom fried rice...when asked to take and give one mushroom piece from that then accepting. Secondly the chenna masala which they gave for chole poori was a stale one. Thirdly the sambar they gave for dosa also same story. Kothu parotta was prepared for some one for before and they give to us. Finally when we ask the manager , he reduce 10rs from the bill which was a joke. Kind request to the hoteliers if we come late evening with children, if you dont have any items totally fine, tell us we can understand. But dont give stale foods and spoil our health. A SMALL TEA CUP SIZED VADACURRY WHICH IS AROUND 100 MLCOSTS 25 Rs, WHILE A 500 ML PARCEL IS 45 Rs Including PACKAGING IN ANY DECENT HOTEL!!! One of the worst hotels in this area. Quality is very bad. Totally unhygienic. Very expensive. Very poor service. They cheat especially when you take away food. Even if you complaint about food, they will not listen, very arrogant. Earlier quality was good. Nowadays they are too money minded. They have increased the price of all the items but never improved the quality. It has gone worst. In the veg fried rice, they don't even add any vegetables. It is absolutely too plain. If you look at their Kitchen, you will never like to come here again. No manners. Never recommended this hotel to anyone. For God sake, please don't go...
