The boys don't take the order properly. Packed veg pizza instead of chicken. When pointed out owner said they will deliver chicken pizza Or 2 chicken burger free at residence. But when we said to send 3 chicken burger and I don't want it free will be paying for all three, immediately she refused and said that order should be above 500. Pizza is not so great and burgers are small too , they have compromised on the quality . There are better places around please try them. Sorry Burger Bay I had to share the fact. This casual dining restaurant has something for everyone! well, with my experience in the burgerbay, I can say that tower Burgers are awesome! My kids enjoyed with the ambience. We recently came from UK, based on the google review we just dropped in. We stay near mugalivakkam, In chennai the burger bay is one of the best place to have burgers. Thanks Mr Karthik and team, a very friendly approached inspired us. My kids tried french fries and pizza's and my wife had Subs and its really delicious. Excellent food and excellent people.Approached them for my sons birthday celebration and they did an awesome service. They kept constantly in touch and gave real genuine suggestions and support. They were prompt in delivery and hassle free. They made sure everything was ok and v were very comfortable with their food and service . Pocket friendly pricing and taste was not compromised.
