Serious Complaint Regarding Staff Behavior at Thiagaraja Nagar Branch

I am extremely disappointed with the service at your Thiagaraja Nagar outlet. The behavior of the waiter and waitress was very rude and unprofessional.

Even worse, when we tried to escalate the issue to the manager, we were shocked to find that the manager himself spoke to us very badly. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a service-based industry.

We are paying customers, not beggars, and deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. The staff here clearly lack proper training in customer service.

I sincerely request the management to take strict action against such behavior from both servers and managers. If this is not addressed, it will damage the reputation of your establishment.

Very worst service and attitude from the server who was serving our table. We ordered a chole poori and dosa. If the pan is not you should tell the customer about that and ask if we ok to wait or order something. After waiting for 15 mins you should not say to leave if we can't wait. Coming to important issue, attitude of the server. When I asked for extra chenna for chola poori, he says he can't give me extra to eat and I should manage to complete the food with whatever they provide, as though I'm eating for free.
