Sri Muniyandi Vilas — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I see quite a few have given a good rating really wonder if they actually enjoyed the food here. A dingy place but on the main road, at the entrance they have showcased their starters and side dishes .... none of them look appetizing at all, just for the reviews and the madurai muniyandi factor decided to venture, very very disappointing, mutton biryani is rs. 220j, i dont know for what just cold stale quarter plate coloured rice not even flavoured with 3 hard half cooked mutton pieces ( 1 was a heart piece chunk - u can't even bite or chew , it was maaan really hard, the other 2 were just bones) , u can see it on the pics I have posted . Nonveg meals had just mutton and fish gravy with no pieces different from the veg meals, quantity of white rice was OK but the rest was less than average ( sambar rasam kootu, Cabbage thoran and pappad). Botti & brain fry were average. Overall not worth another...

A Few people get the arrogance once they have steady stream of income... isn't? This shop is the example. Since there is no option for good eateries in that road...this shop is running successfully. No customer service/you can eat here or get out... nobody's requesting you..said the waiter to a common blue collar customer/unorganised staff/never listen to you/Owner shouts both workers and customers/I saw owner dissing a customer about waiting time and asked to cancel the order for dine-in. About food....I had no other option during Pongal holidays. I had to visit it for lunch. I ordered regular Non-Veg meals for 110. Served only boiled rice and a small curry cup... that's it ... Didn't see the waiter after that. Better stay hungry/starve than...

Foods are so good..! For both middle class and upper class... So food costs normal only.. Famous food like parotta speacial chicken and mutton paya.. And fried rice,biriyani.also sidesh 3.hotel provide A/c and non A/c service.so ,what you like will go there. If you choose Ac you will pay little tax include bill. 4.parcel service good and staff also. Here no parking area.. so if u have 4 wheeler u have to park somewhere, otherwise u have 2 wheeler u have to park near hotel..but its also hard.. So parking is your responsibility.so takecare ur bikes☺ Importantly hotel not have restroom..🙄 If u come to chengalpet visit this hotel.. Family restaurent and budget of cost..! So make ur decision with peaceful heart ....
