Very disappointment and utter dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your restaurant recently. I regret to inform you that the food I received was not only of poor quality but also appeared to be spoiled, indicating a complete disregard for basic hygiene and customer well-being.

I asked for "fish briyani" but due to noise the cashier didn't hear me well so he put veg briyani said it's 190rs (I don't blame him for that since it's too noisy anybody would get that wrong) Since I don't know price for items i paid and took the bill
But before I gave it to another person in parcel counter and I saw the bill and said to cashier order is placed wrong
But when I said "I asked for "fish briyani " he keep on insisting I said "veg briyani" Said "veg la fish enga varum" "neega veg briyani tha sonega"
Like I don't know what i said and ordered He is dictating what i should eat he is literally forcing me with that order even tho I'm ready to pay for whatever extra amount for fish briyani
Like what he gonna lose by giving me another bill or giving the amount I just paid
Later he said "no fish briyani" I don't know If he said that honestly or he is pissed off
Since I'm hungry and it's raining i placed the order for prawn briyani anyway with extra 80rs (total 270)
But during waiting itself i decided I'm not visiting this hotel again no matter the food taste
About Prawn briyani - rice was good and they give it good quality & quantity Every side items like bread halwa, brinjal curry are good But main item prawn tastes bland with no masala in it
Ironically i Wish I listened to that rude cashier guy and gone with veg briyani or kushka 🤣 Rice was good but Too pricey for that bland additional prawn Money wasted Not at all worth it 👎🏻
Also they're printing there other outlets and logo everything details in parcel packages & box Is this even allowed since they are charging us for packaging and promoting themselves...
