Yunoos Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I today visited this restaurant and ordered the killi parotta, but unfortunately, it was not cooked properly. When we requested salna to go with it, the staff and even the owner responded rudely. Their attitude made us feel as though we were unaware of the prices or the value of the food, which was quite disappointing.

This used to be one of my favorite places, known for its good food and decent service. However, it seems like the management has changed, and it's clearly affecting the overall experience. The food quality has dropped, and the taste is now just average.

It’s disheartening to see how things have changed. I hope they work on improving both their customer service and food quality. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend visiting, especially if you’re looking for a pleasant dining...

Worst experience and customer handling post the bill payment is the core worst and Didn’t expect this from Yunoos Restaurant.

Have ordered Moongil briyani Prawn Parcel. After opening that parcel i was shocked to see that i got Chicken Moongil Briyani. Have called restaurant to report this but they responded lithogically that we can’t do anything and you need to simply eat what you received.

This is pure careless from there end and there response was very bad.

Please be careful here and don’t expect kindness or care after we bought the food because they treat...

Today, I bought a parcel of Chicken Butter Masala and two sets of naan. The taste of the Butter Masala is absolutely good, but the 230 rupees for the Butter Masala do not seem justified because it contains only four slices of chicken. Each slice is approximately 3 cm in length and 0.5 mm thick. I am very disappointed with my dish. If you buy Chicken Butter Masala, I suggest opening it in the restaurant first to check the chicken...
