We ordered an orange juice, but what we received was a glass of water with just a faint hint of mosambi absolutely no sugar, no flavor, and nothing close to a fresh juice. Honestly, it was one of the worst fresh juices I’ve ever had in my life.

We immediately raised our concern with the staff who took our orders, He escalated our concern to cash counter but we there is no response at all for our feedback and They still included it in the final bill. When I questioned it again during payment, the person at the counter casually responded, “You should have drunk it immediately after it was served, it lost its freshness because you drank it late.”

This kind of careless attitude and excuse is completely unacceptable. A truly disappointing experience, both in taste...

I've been to this place many times but the sole reason for everytime is there is no other way. Had the most irritating experience of all times. Ordered tandoori chicken and leg they served was the smallest I've ever seen. We choose a table for our comfort and sat there, I saw the table was dirty even though the cleaner had wiped it seconds back and I asked the serving person to clean it properly and without a flinch he said move to a different table. We told him that we are comfortable here and it just need to be wiped off and he still made us sit in a different table. Poor food hygiene, Poor service. My friends and I, seven in total, went to this hotel and had a horrible experience. Two of our vegetarian friends ordered mushroom fry, and while the dish looked appealing, it came with a fried cockroach (you can confirm this incident with your servers). Otherwise, the taste for non-vegetarian dishes was good.
