On 2/5/24 ..I ordered for a chicken keema grilled sandwich through swiggy around 7.30pm in Buy1Get1 offer. Every thing in swiggy was mentioned this offer only. Which means I cannot order 1 alone. So ordered one worth 250/-..clicked this offer, hoping will get 2 sandwich.
The delivery man delivered on time. To our surprise , there was only one . When enquired , the subway PPL did nt pick their call. Myself and my sister went to the shop directly and asked them.
One tamilguystaff there started yelling...u haven't clicked the offer button and hence we did not give u. But there was only one option in swiggy B1G1. He said to call swiggy customer care ...yelling for so many times "enga thappe Ila...enga thappe Ila" so rude kind of behaviour.
We sat there calling swiggy...ending up with texting swiggy. Till last..he did not agree to give the offer (i.e buy 1 get 1 sandwich)Then another person was there in un-uniform who was so called newmanager. He came and said...this cannot be solved.
Again that tamilguy said will connect to our manager. Me imagining how many managers!!! Finally the original one did not pick call. He managed telling that is his week off. His voice ,louder behaviour still reminds.
No refund...no offered sandwich...no response from subway...impolite staffs. Finally must have a look at 250 rs chicken sandwich without a single piece...

Absolutely disgusting experience. Hands down one of the WORST outlets I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering from. Hygiene? NON-EXISTENT. There were flies and bugs crawling all over the food — yes, on top of the vegetables and meat. When I confronted them about it, they casually blamed the rain for the infestation. Seriously? That’s your excuse? What kind of place thinks that’s acceptable?
And don't even get me started on the food portion. I ordered a salad and what I got was half a box — HALF! If that’s your “standard portion size,” then why use such a big box in the first place? It’s just misleading and ridiculous. Also, I gave instructions to not add some veggies which was also not followed. Raised it with Swiggy, and all they had to say was the restaurant sticks to their portion policy. Wow. Thanks for nothing.
I will NEVER order from this outlet again. If you care about hygiene, quality, and not getting scammed, avoid this place at all costs. The Avanishi road and Brookefield branches are way better. This one’s a...

Myself and another customer entered at the same time. Despite 2 customers, the guy made us wait while he was talking over the phone.
See I will pay whatever is asked but I want my food in a specified way. I’ve been eating in subway since forever. If I need extra onions the is supposed to add. Instead they add a stingily meaningless amount and talk with an attitude. Don’t give me the attitude because I’m the one who’s paying.
I can’t speculate on the quality of the ingredients. Lettuce seemed brown in colour. But I’m hoping they are fresh.
The person who prepares the sandwich wears plastic gloves. The purpose of which I don’t understand. Because he touches his phone, throws the garbage in the bin, touches all sorts of stuff then comes to prepare the sandwich.
