How do I describe the wonderful experience I had in this restaurant??

-Let's start with the service, there was only one guy who took care of everything right from the order taking to serving and billing. To get him to your table you have to wait for at least 10 minutes.

-Then comes the order, while you order he will go to the next table for the inquiry leaving you hanging

-When you enter the restaurant, the first thing you hear is we didn't print the new menu so please don't get confused with the old menu's price. (Who is gonna look at the price if the food tastes good right?)

-While ordering the food they say we don't add any preservatives and serve only fresh. So it may take at least 15minutes. Who cares for the waiting time if the food tastes good right?)

The worst ever experience and taste I've had in my life. Nothing was fresh or hot or at least warm it was cold like my ex's heart. I've had no issue with the pricing if the taste was up to the mark, but here the food is not even worth it for free. If you ever wanna have the worst Biriyani in your life, this is the place, and there comes the nasty Koli Kerala fry, honestly even a bedridden patient will ask them to add a little more spice or salt to the food.

If you know the owner or manager of this restaurant please do tag him :) They can train people on how bad one can serve food and run...

Ordered food for a family function. They said INR 180 per meal. Then, after agreeing they said you also need to pay GST and packaging costs. That added up the costs to around INR 195

I only reason I went was I want the food to be topnotch for my guests as it was my dad's death anniversary. So I didn't mind the price.

I totally ordered 40 meals, and my guests were totally unhappy with the food.

We asked for mushroom briyani there wasn't a single mushroom. The potato poriyal came without peeling the skin and it was a mess. The Vada was all overburnt and you needed an harmer to break it. Briyani quantity wasn't even enough for just 25 people, and we just served one medium spoon briyani.

The Sambar was like water. Puli Kolambu was ok. Rasam was WAY TOO OILY.

They ONLY thing that tasted natural and good was the SALT they have in ample quantity. Thank GOD, they weren't able to spoil it.

If you want your guests to never again come to your home, by all means go and order food from THINAIVISHAM.

First I like to thank the hotel management for their effort to bring in the traditional food of Tamilnadu. Believe me, this is the only place where u get the best traditional food of Tamilnadu. I am a traditional food lover the taste of traditional food differs from that the food what we are having now in restaurants like Anand has and Annapurna. To my surprise, they are serving a true traditional food of Tamilnadu. They have a lot of traditional food items on their menu. They use firewood cooking method and the taste of the food is awesome. This is the right place for real foodies. I suggest every one to give a try definitely u will love it. Advice to the management: 1/2 star less for the cleanliness of the table we noticed a lot of dust accumulation on the table.
