The Brownie Studio — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I ordered a christmas tree cake from them on Dec 30 but I got a chocolate truffle cake which is not a fresh one & not the one I ordered. Regarding this I raised a request on swiggy & they said they can't control this because these thing were handled by the restaurant. Then I reached to brownie studio Instagram page for a resolution and they asked me to share the order details to whatsapp number. I shared the details like cake picture & swiggy order details to them and briefed about the issue. Later on I didn't get any reply from them & I when I messaged them back they ghosted me. I ordered few times from this brand for my office & family occasions but I never thought that they will provide a incorrect cake & will try to ghost the customer when they bring this issue. Please don't do these kind of things I pay for what I ordered not for what you decide to provide. I agree you guys provide good cakes but these kind of activities are not appreciable.
