Dont go by the ratings. This was the worst sizzling brownie i have tasted in a long time. The store displays that they add all processed allergens and dalda n palm oil at the billing counter itself that part i appreciate. But the classic sizzling brownie itself was so cold and the syrup to top both white and dark chocolate mixed up with brownie really made me understand why they have the placard which says all ingredients are processed with glutens allergens . My take is go if ur extremely healthy and like processed preservative fed diet go this place else keep away even ur children . First and foremost is handling of client I myself a chartered accountant would say Shalini of brownie studio handled my order with highest professional standards. Never got irritated on my repeated queries, change in quantity and flavour.She was always polite.

Second come the cup cake which I ordered eggless version, everyone just loved it. In terms of quality also it was up to the mark.

Only one point of value addition will be branding of cupcakes with brownie studio label will add it to premium segment

Price are on par with other vendors.

Rest is individual choice but I'm amazed with her service. Keep the good work...

I found this from Google & Shalini was so kind to take my order at 9:00 PM & when I gave her the message for the cake she understood the importance that is a farewell for one of our guys in office and she took complete ownership & ensured to deliver within 45 min. She followed up with me if the delivery person did not damage the cake during transit. Good customer service. I placed an order again with her to deliver a cake for my friend’s birthday in Coimbatore and she handled it pretty well. She did coordinate with her contacts in Coimbatore and delivered the cake.
