The Real Dhaba — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I had a previous review of 4 stars for this , but now changing it based on recent experience.

Food taste has significantly reduced and each item took longer time to be served. Veg platter was a starter but was served as the last item which was almost 1 and half hour after it was ordered. We even finished our main course.

Hated the new app that they use instead of a regular waiter. We accidentally added two briyani instead of 1 and we just informed them immediately but they refused to alter the order as they can't update the order. Worst was their response that they have started preparing the order which was a lie.

The people there won't come near ur table until and unless u go to the reception and call them on your own even for a water bottle. We went as a family of 10+ and it was very bad to get out for each query

Worst was the guys who served us the food they only know whether it's either chicken or mutton and didn't know which food it was. They don't speak tamil too. We asked for a small plate for my mother to hold the soup cup . They said they don't have any after we went directly to the kitchen area they gave a plate.

Overall being a guy who visits there often i will stop visiting...

This is a new place and not more than 2- 3 months old.

Landmark- This place is located between two jewellery stores at one end is GRT. However there was no signpost to suggest this place existed.

Ambience- This place would be ideal to visit in tain, cloudy day or night time, as it is an open air space and located directly under the sun.

Food- The food is good. My portion had less salt and a few dishes were good could be better. What got my attention is that, not even a single currybir deal had curry leaves in it. Surely the owner want the Dhaba experience.

Service- This could be better. The table has a salt and pepper shaker but lacks center in it. I had to ask for tissue papers as there were none.

Drinks- Had ordered two lime soda. However the soda lacked the fizz.

Parking- This places has no car park and parking is an absolute pain.

Value for Money- One reason to visit. For Rs. 800 I got two chicken soup, one special chicken tikka, three garlic naan, one deal and one...

This is my first time i visit the real dhaba restaurant.. initially i impressive the restaurant environment seating 🪑and infrastructure it really awesome and wonderful.. Second i impress the order booking once you confirm the dining you will book the dishes on online order via qr code booking its really nice

I ordered chicken schezwan fried rice Chicken schezwan noodles mixed non veg fried rice,prawn fried rice

Tandoori quarter and arabic chicken half

Taste wise good and worth spicy and worth for the amount..

I don't like the mixed non veg fried rice chicken pieces are less 1 or 2 pieces eggs also no there mostly beef pieces only most not spicy for that except this dish

Other dishes are also good and more quantity best for friends and family to vibe on dinner lunch

Seatings with glass bulb with texture drawings in wall its sulerb for photography.

For couples also have separate seatings is there so don't feel uncomfortable it good

Must try guys all the dishes are north indian Punjabi style and also good service not waiting more than 15 to...
