Oct 2024 - An unforgettable dining escapade. The mystery began when we opened the menu card and... surprise! No prices.

Our order taker insisted that the regular dosa (kal dosa) was not available and roast was the only option. Naturally, we wondered how a differently shaped dosa could vanish into thin air.

So, I ordered soup and a roast. The roast arrived first, while the soup decided to make a grand entrance later. When I asked to cancel the soup, I was told that the bill was already set in stone and couldn't be altered. They served me the soup halfway through my roast. I told them to take it back, but they again insisted the bill had already been generated and they couldn't take it back. Infuriated, I refused to take the soup but, if they insisted the bill was generated, I would pay for it.

Then, I witnessed the elusive kal dosa being served at a nearby table. Upon inquiry, they casually mentioned they had just started making kal dosa a few minutes ago. Meanwhile, my brain still grappled with the enigma: how could a roast be available but not the kal dosa when both are crafted from the same batter, using the same tools, and by the same chef?

The worst experience I ever had during travel. More vehicles were stopped for food. We entered with our family, restaurant was behind and we should ask somebody to guide u to enter. Only one toilet available. Only one wash basin available. People were standing in queue like 20 person for toilet especially ladies. And management said they are planning to construct and not yet planned. After 20 mins we got a table. There was a menu board in front which has meals and general items required. After sitting on table, we waited 15-17 mins for somebody to come to your table to take order. Finally he came and said , sorry sir only fried rice and noodles available. Which happened at 3:00 PM. Frustrated to the core, we got out of the hotel and went to nearby Anandhas and had a peaceful meals. With all facility. Never step in to this hotel , especially if you are with...

Very worst service and irresponsible behavior from supervisor.....for 20rs parotta they will not give any compliment gravy they told to buy gravy I asked price it's starting from 180rs.....for 20rs parotta I have to buy 180rs gravy lol......don't be money motive try to be customer friendly .....I can eat only 2 parotta for that I can't buy 180rs gravy I told I'll give 100rs I don't want special gravy just small amount of some curry is enough for me it maybe veg gravy I don't have issues again they are telling me to order gravy from menu card .....I went to border parotta nearby restaurant had a tasty and crispy parotta..... u can open so many restaurants in ooty highway in the name of TN 43 but if u continue same service mark my words ull not sustain.....don't be greedy, be humanity,be loyal to the customer ..it's not about money but it should worth...
