Service of this hotel can be summarized as arrogance and taking the customers for granted. The food offered to us was below average, and the service was pathetic. Since it is Mandala (Ayyappa) season, the restaurant was fully occupied, and there are no other restaurants in the vicinity that can be clearly visible in their attitude towards us. We visited on 26th December for dinner, and the condition of the bathroom was more than pathetic. We had elders (85+) with us, and we thought of making use of the toilets for them, and they couldn't even use them. When we complained to the front desk, they said there is a heavy rush and they are short of staff. When we reiterated to make the bathrooms clean (because the customers include kids, senior citizens, handicapped, etc.), they got annoyed and said, they don't bother whether we are satisfied with the bathroom or not and they did their best. When we said, take our feedback as a complaint, they said even if we don't visit them again, they are not bothered because there are other customers who are visiting them and satisfied with their services (especially the condition of the bathroom!). This is the kind of attitude they have towards the customers and have the word 'International ' with their title. This happen couple of month back.

Me and my family stopped here for a quick breakfast after visiting a nearby temple. I ordered idly and along came sambar, everything of fine until I decided to pour the sambar from the tiny vessel to idly and I was Instantly shocked to see a dead baby Cockroach. I immediately called the waiter and showed him the cockroach and his reply was atrocious, he said "that could be from the Banana leaf, cannot be in sambar" I was mind blown by this reply and went near the casher and showed him the Cockroach and he replied "go sit and will serve you a new plate of idly" I lost my control at that moment, they where not even apologising for this bloody mistake and the behavior is like they are giving the food for free. I thought of complaining this to food and safety department this incident but this unethical people are not worth my time. To all...

Went here for lunch. The restaurant was filled at first. But it cleared in a while. No one picked up our order for half an hour even after repeated requests..Later whatever we tried to order they say it would take a long while to arrive and blamed the rush. We ordered what they suggested and when our dishes arrived they gave us something else and not what we ordered.

They dishes were very normal tasting they didn't justify the price. Parotta was good though. Raita was not given with parota.which is a commonly given in south indian restaurants.

After eating when I try to take a tissue paper the person in the counter didn't allow me to take more than one..
