While the culinary fare and decorous ambience met expectations, the conduct of certain front-facing personnel, particularly the gentleman stationed at the cash counter (notably bald-headed), was nothing short of appalling.

Upon courteously requesting a piece of fruit (with full intent to pay) to feed our infant, we were met not with hospitality, but with an irate and dismissive retort: “This is not a fruit shop.” Such a brusque and derisive tone has no place in an establishment that positions itself as family-friendly.

As if this weren’t enough, when our baby — in all his innocent curiosity — touched the edge of the counter, this individual repeatedly hissed “sush sush sush” in a tone more suited for shooing pigeons than interacting with guests. It was demeaning, unprofessional, and entirely unacceptable.
