Service: The service was incredibly slow. Despite the restaurant being only half full, we waited nearly 30 minutes just to place our order. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. We had to flag down our server multiple times to get basic requests like water refills and additional cutlery.
Food Quality: The food was a major letdown. I ordered the [shezwan fried rice ] and it was bland and overcooked. My friends [fried rice ] was under-seasoned and arrived cold. The portions were also disappointingly small for the high prices charged. Overall, the meals lacked flavor and creativity.
Ambiance: While the decor of the restaurant was pleasant, the ambiance was ruined by the loud and disruptive environment. The tables were too close together, making it difficult to have a private conversation. Additionally, there was a constant background noise from the kitchen that was very distracting.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness was another issue. The tablecloth had stains, and the cutlery was not properly cleaned. The restroom was in a similar state, with paper towels littered on the floor and soap dispensers that were empty.
Value for Money: Given the poor service, subpar food, and lack of cleanliness, the restaurant did not provide good value for money. We left feeling disappointed and regretting our decision to dine there.
I expected much more from a restaurant in a hotel of this caliber. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements. …….
Hold up brother to be honest the false was on your side you guys gave us the wrong menu card and the reviced bill mistake was on your side the person working there only gave us the food menus so you should accept your flaws…… we accept we where Babtised but you should accept it ….And we people are very much affordable to pay for the food we have that’s what customers do so you should not say that we are not able to afford it though even in google you have the same menu not the reviced and one more thing fried rice when we asked for that fried rice you should have said we don’t provide that food but you people gave us that food and have a bill so you should not mention that please ……. I had around 6 memorable experiences here, both alone and as group with friends. But, today, on 19JUN22, I write with utter contempt and disappointment, both for the quantity and quality of the food served.
You can see clearly in the pictures, the quantity of biriyani served (150/plate) as well as that of the half grilled chicken (190/plate).
The waiter even had the audacity to justify that this is how the hotel works nowadays. Ofcourse, for me, i had seen better quantity and quality at this same place just a couple if weeks before.
Well, if you are dumb enough to do a daylight heist, sorry to say that I will never be returning to be made a FOOL OF!
